Focus

SR21 is focused on proposals for a 21^st Century national strategy that projects several decades, and is embraced by the American people, its government and commerce interests. The people, enterprises, organizations and governments of multiple countries must be engaged in building mutual trust and an accompanying framework for resolving or mitigating conflicts. Enabling the American culture and associated expectations of its people to form the basis for positive communications, policy development and the international cooperation is needed to insure peace and mutual economic prosperity. Critically important, building stability and reducing the risk of incremental and unintended conflict is essential.
